Some or all of the following information will be collected from you;

• Address, telephone number and email
• Details of others living in the home
• Any health issues (if relevant)
• Any access or parking restrictions
• How you heard about Your Organised Home Ltd
• Details about why you wish to use Your Organised Home Ltd
• Permission to take before and after photos

How Your Organised Home Ltd will use the information

I use the information that you have given me in order to;

• Register you as a new client
• Book the initial consultation and subsequent appointments
• Photographs and information relevant to your session
• Invoicing
• Asking for feedback 
• Communicate details of future services, offers, newsletter (optional to receive)

Please note: For safety reasons I will always inform one of my family members of our appointment details (date, time and location). This is purely for security reasons and the information will not be used for any other purpose. 

If we have agreed to use outsourced services, I may need to share your information with them (with your permission). Examples include waste collectors, charity donations etc. 

How Your Organised Home Ltd stores your information

I am committed to ensuring that all personal information is kept safe and secure. Your information is inputted and accessed via a tablet, laptop or mobile phone which are all password protected. Any personal information, which has been scribed during a meeting, will be inputted and then shredded. The only paper documentation kept will be a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions. 

I will store your information for as long as is required which should be no more than 7 years after our working relationship has ended. 

Your Organised Home Ltd will not sell or share any of your information with any third parties without your permission, or unless we are required to do so by law.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have the rights including;

• Your right of access – you have the right to ask me for copies of your personal information.
• Your right to rectification – you have the right to ask me to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.  
• Your right to erasure – you have the right to ask me to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to restriction of processing – you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances.  
• Your right to object to processing – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Your right to data portability – you have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have 1 month to respond to you.
